Description
This wonderful oil is made from olives which are immediately pressed, after the olives harvesting, in the olive-press of the farm. Intense enveloping smell with musky tones and a scent of walnut and hay, sweet flavour and perception, finally, of a fine and persuasive note of astringency. Very good on rich salads, it is best suited to be used raw on roasts, boiled meat, risotti, and every warm dish. The good temperature of the dish gives all the possible smells off with such an intensity to make them unmistakable.
